Pilates

Pilates is a movement practice created by Joseph Pilates and his wife Clara Pilates. It focuses on core strength, stability, body awareness, coordination, breathing, movement control and postural alignment.

When teaching, I offer clear guidance, exercise modifications according to your needs and goals, and alignment corrections.

Pilates can be a helpful tool in the rehabilitation process. A prior consultation with a medical professional is recommended.
